Authorities in Tasmania are striving to determine a pink slime that has materialized on a isolated coast, with certain experts concerned it could be an algae outbreak.

"So Tasmania needs to deliver a firm alert here, the authorities and the regulators need to react to this. We need to examine the samples we've collected and we need to inform the community here," she emphasized.
The scientist expressed she had worries for public safety after noticing a numbness along her limbs and skin while being exposed with tainted seawater.
